Stealth due diligence on leading film, television, and tabletop studio company. Structured their employee empowerment process to dismantle, focus and offload individual business units to include and incentivize management   

Advised on acquiring spectrum and implementing critical management change, including a fundamental group restructure which $90 million capital raise for tower consolidation across the Middle East territory

As Chair set the course of advocacy during a critical time of transformation with counsel, constructive challenge and candor. Building up recurring revenues with an increase of 20% ARR, and paying down all association debt. In need of a critical update, the Board became a priority as its change would drive the direction of the association
